Refund Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we'll make it right. No complicated process.
1. Free Trial
All Pro subscriptions include a 3-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. Cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged at all.
2. Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if you request it within 7 days of your first payment, or if you experienced a technical issue we were unable to resolve.
3. How to Request a Refund
Email support@vexorastudio.com with your account email, the date of purchase, and the reason. We process refunds within 5–7 business days.
4. Subscription Cancellation
Cancelling your subscription stops future charges but does not automatically generate a refund for the current period. You keep Pro access until the period ends.
